Friendly staff, very good food, great location, good choice for skiing, pleasant surprise with 5 course dinner, variety of activities available apart from skiing.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right from the start. the food offered was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes that were of the highest quality. the location was perfect, situated in close proximity to the ski lifts and offering easy access to various activities in the area.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The wifi connection in our room on the 2nd floor was not very reliable, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

the staff were super friendly and the food was absolutely amazing, the best I've ever tasted. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the surrounding mountains. the spa facilities were top-notch, and I loved relaxing in the sauna after a long day of skiing. the hotel also had a ski room, which was very convenient. it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.
That the wifi connection in the room was a bit weak, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa block and a ski room, making it very convenient for guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a 5-course dinner provided every day that surpassed my expectations.

The view from the hotel is amazing, and the room size is pretty decent. You'll have enough space to move around, and the beds are comfortable. the staff are also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help.
The hotel is located too far from the slopes and can be quite a hassle to get to. the wifi connection is also spotty in some areas, making it a bit hard to use.
